I think your problem is not about the memory in which the errors and warnings were stored, but there are too many errors or warnings or something wrong in your APDL. Changing capacity of memory maybe doesn't work, because the number of errors and warnings maybe overflow the capacity you set. What u should do is to find where the real problem is and fix it.
