I recommend that you remove the Longitudinal Spring-damper object and directly insert the commands for the torsional spring in the workbench.

What's missing in your commands is connecting the I and J nodes of the spring to the system.

E,1000,2 !Define a Combin14 element with end nodes 1000 and 2. You need to replace the number 2 with the node number you use. If your spring is connected to a surface, define a name for that surface (say, "Surface2"), and the command becomes E,1000, Surface2.

TYPE,100 $ real,1 !Set the active real constant set to set number 1 (VALUE 1=K, VALUE 2=CV1).
