In some cases, Training Camp (For example), coaches have access to gyms, which is why the elastic bands can be a good support to achieve some strength training. Accurate measurements are needed to scale the progress and determine the next sessions' loads. So, what do you think about the validity of elastic band in measuring 1RM in "Bench Press" and "Overhead Press"?
