The brain activity during individual images will be analyzed post-hoc for correctly recognized/ forgotten pictures during retention a few days later. Currently, we have 150 images; 3 seconds for picture visualization and 4.7-5.1 seconds ISI, jitter interval of 100ms (4.7, 4.8, 4.9, 5.0, 5.1). I am unsure if the jitter interval is sufficient enough to separate the BOLD signals for individual image stimuli. I looked up various papers with this design and their ISI and jitter intervals are very different. So, it is hard to decide based on those.
I looked up OptSeq as well, but I am unable to download it.
I am new to this field and any help would be appreciated.
Thank you
