How can I create a generic MDIF file in ADS from an excell file?

I have obtained the nonlinear parameters of a GaN HEMT in Silvaco and now I need to simulate it in ADS. I need to use DAC in ADS to use the data I have obtained to verify the performance of the HEMT. I was wondering if anyone could help me with creating generic MDIF files in ADS from an excell file please.

I would definitely appreciate any suggestions.
