Figure 1 is my plot, the background will be colored when the quantity is set to electron concentration. While Figure 2 is the figure i want. How to set the background to white color when the electron concentration is selected?

Try this, hope it works:
- Open the Plot in Tonyplot: Open your plot in Silvaco Tonyplot.
- Access Plot Properties: Right-click on the plot area to bring up the context menu. Select "Plot Properties" from the menu. This will open the Plot Properties window.
- Modify Background Color:In the Plot Properties window, locate the "Background" section. Click on the color box next to "Background" to change the background color.
- Choose White Color: In the color selection dialog, choose white color (RGB value: 255, 255, 255).
- Apply and Save: After selecting white color, click "OK" to apply the changes and close the Plot Properties window.
- Save the Plot: Save the plot with the new background color.
