I want curve in paper file.But the result of my simulation is that the current is negative, I don't know why?After I tried to change the drain voltage to positive, the curve was right, but it didn't fit with basic physics.Ask for help. Thank you in advance!
From 1st Fig, as I can see probably it is a PMOS device ( negative VDS applied). For PMOS, since the VDS is negative, current is flowing from source towards drain. So if you plot drain current, it will be negative. You can take magnitude of that. Another option, you can plot source current instead of drain current.

Negative drain current in your MOSFET simulation is normal! It reflects electrons flowing from source to drain (positive voltage on drain). This is expected behavior for N-channel MOSFETs in reverse bias. Positive current flows with positive drain voltage (forward bias).
