Hello everyone.

I am working on a project on circulating miRNAs as diagnostic biomarkers. I am studying multiple diseases and I would like to create a specific signature of biomarkers for each one. I computed univariate ROC curves to investigate the diagnostic accuracy of each miRNA, and I would like to create also multivariate ROC curves, so that comparing the two AUC values, I can assess if the combination of miRNAs is more accurate than the single miRNA to diagnose the disease. How can I build multivariate ROC curves? I have already tried with the online tool MetaboAnalyst (https://metaboanalyst.ca). One of my colleagues told me about a tutorial showing how to build multivariate ROC curves using binary logistic regression on SPSS, but I was not able to find it.

Could anyone help me please? Do you know the correct procedure on SPSS or another method to compute multivariate ROC curves?

Thank you in advance for you help!
