These looked like PK data although usually the dependent variable is drug conc in ug/mL. Generally, there are two types of analyzing method to handle the PK data a) noncompartmental analysis and b) compartmental analysis. Sagar's suggestion was a) compartmental model independent while Avilov's was b) compartmental model dependent requiring computer fitting software. Method a) is called NCA which is particular suitable for rich data set, there you can pick up Cmax, Tmax from the list of the drug conc sorted in order, AUC can be calculated by trapezoidal rule, and T1/2 can be calculated in a semi-log plot. Method b) requires software such WinNONLIN to do.
1) There are different PK/PD models (1-compartment, 2-compartment, etc), and each of them will give different results when fitted to the same data. So you have to know some details of curcumin metabolism in order to select the correct PK/PD model.
2) The numbers provided by Sagar are most likely wrong because they are obtained by treating the data as a basis for piece-wise linear interpolation, not as the object for PK/PD model fitting. So these results do not take into account the possible peaks between the data-points.

Considering that you are quite new on PK concept, I suggested simple Non compartmental analysis. Compartment analysis need some understanding and software. Try to use Basica or Kinetica software trial version.
Other software Phoenix WonNONLIN and GastroPlus are paid and expensive ..!
