Infrared and Raman Spectroscopy; Principles and Spectral Interpretation (by Peter Larkin)
In this book, there are some tables and graphs which interpret different Raman peaks . I think it can be helpful. However, there are some other books too.
Supposing that you were talking about an interpretation of Raman spectra in general, know that this is pretty much the same principle as the FTIR (at least in appearance). Although Raman signal is quite low compared with that of FTIR, Raman spectroscopy is more sensitive to homopolar bonds. Now, depending on the type of material you are studying and imputies you have (suppose) in it, you can refer to literature, to identify bounds that may be present in your samples.
