instead of using this software, you can use the following ones:

1) genomecompiler (online web tool)

2) codon code aligner (demo version)

3) Chromas Lite V.2.01

I prefer the first one. after aligning, please save your page as PDF and using NitroPDF plz delete some irrelevant sections.

If you only want to see and export the sequences which are as abi1. extension, you can use Bioedit, FinchTv or MEGA. They are freeware softwares.
