Condyloma Accuminatum arises as a result of oral thrush or candidiasis and can grow on mucous membrane of the mouth and throat which resembles cauliflower known to be treated only by excision. So is there any medication to treat this ailment?

condyloma acuminatum is not due to oral thrush or cadidiasis .It is a genital wart caused by Human papilloma Virus types 6 ,11 .It may be presented intraorally as a solitray cauliflower like lesion and may be misdiagnosed as multifocal oral epithelial hyperplasia.Treatment modalities surgery,cryotherapy or removed by laser .In my experience I found laser is the convinient type of treatment
