Although I have extensive experience in dental implants and periodontal treatment, I recognize that we face some deficiencies in my clinic. First, we need to update our equipment, especially in laser treatment and digital imaging, to improve diagnostic accuracy and treatment effectiveness. Second, we hope to expand our clinical team to add professional technicians and dental assistants to provide more comprehensive and efficient services. In addition, we also plan to strengthen continuing education opportunities to ensure that the team is always up to date with the latest dental technology and treatments to better meet the needs of patients and improve their overall oral health.
Periodic follow-up visits every 6 months with periapical radiographic assessment. This will be more effective with screw-retained restorations for the privilege of retrieving the restoration and performing soft tissue treatment by ultrasonic device or laser therapy. Also, reemphasizing patient behavior on oral hygiene measures and home care is mandatory.

Soft tissue:
monitor changes in color and BoP ,
healthy implant show no change in gingival color, no BOP and no suppuration
hard tissue:
periodic x-rays and compare it to base line ( base line xray should be after loading and biological width formation) , also you should take a record of your baseline probing depth
occlusion:
periodic occulsal check to compensate attrition of Neighboring natural teeth
