Bushra, I am not sure what you are asking. Micro gram, nano gram, pico gram are weights; ul is a volume; ng/ul is a concentration. If you dissolved 200ng of DNA in a solution to a final volume of 200ul, the concentration of that solution would be 1ng/ul. That means if you pipetted 1ul it would contain 1ng of DNA. If you pipetted 5ul you would have 5ng. If you have a solution of 1ug/ml (the same as 1000ng/ml or 1ng/ul) you would need to pipette 200ul to get 200ng or from a solution of 2ug/ml you should pipette 100ul to get 200ng of DNA. Is that the kind of calculation you are asking about?
If you don't get answers that are meaningful to you you might try to rephrase your question.

@Beth C Mullin I want to ask how to change nanogram into microliter. Tell me some formula. For example i have 6000 ng/ul RNA and according to protocol i have to take 6 microgram of RNA to run a reaction, so kindly tell me how much microliter i take through pippette which is equal to 6 microgram. Please tell me formula. thanks
Syed A Ali brother can you explain about microliter conversion. I understand about nano and micro gram conversion but dont get microliter point. How you calculate its 1 microliter?
