Hi, have you guys measured cross section and radius of a nano-fiber using Nanoscope analysis ?

I'm trying to measure the cross section of collagen fibers using Bruker's nanoscope analysis software. I know, I have to flatten the image and then need to use section or step to get an output. what should I do next ?

Hi,

The section tool will then give you the ability to look at a height profile cross-section in order to determine the radius or diameter of the imaged nano-fiber. The output will be on the lower portion of the screen while in nanoscope. I have attached the manual for using that software as a reference. I hope this helps please let me know if you need further help with this problem.
