I think that we should use methanol or DMSO to dissolve DPPH and samples. But my samples (ethanol 25%, 50%, 75%, 96% and water extract) can't dissolve in methanol nor DMSO. What should i do now?

Hi DPPH can dissolve in ethanol too. Correct me if I'm wrong, are you doing plant extraction and would like to test DPPH content in your extract ?
DPPH can dissolve in organic solvent but not in water, so you can exclude the test on water extract if you want to. But ethanol extract can be analyzed for DPPH content if you try dissolve DPPH standard into ethanol.

As said by Ooi Yan Jie, DPPH assay can be done using ethanol as solvent.
You can evaporate your samples and use ethanol to solubilise your samples.
