I heard about a software called πonix, used for creating regression models. It is useful when the scales have many items. However, when I search for it, I find nothing.
Ordinary web searches for "πonix" turn up nothing. If you could provide a link to where you first saw/read about it, perhaps someone could assist.
However, there are many ways to deal with scales having many constituent items, so I doubt that this, apparently elusive, software is the only viable option for such scenarios. If you could more clearly explain your analytic goals and the nature of the variables with which you're working, I would believe that folks would be more likely to offer more focused recommendations.
Thank you for your comprehensive response. I did some searching and realized that my data analyst misspelled the name of the software. The actual name is Ωnyx, used for Structural Equation Modeling.
