Hello Luigi,

I used this kit with frozen cultures from a filamentous fungus. The cultures were flash-frozen and stored at -80 °C before conducting the measurements. Please see the publication in the attachment for more details. I assume that you can use a similar procedure for other organisms / cell types as well.
