A syndrome of keratosis palmo-plantaris congenita, pes planus, onychogryphosis, painless trophic ulcer, clubbing of fingers, periodontosis, arachnodactyly and a peculiar acro-osteolysis has been reported.
I have seen a case long time ago, classified as a Bureau et Barriére. At This time I revised the literature and, a lot of these cases are sensitive neurophaties, some of them hereditary and the more worse, with poor prognostic are recessive. See sensitive neurophaties, and if you want, send me the clinical case that I may help you in classifying it. [email protected]
