I am working on a master's thesis which, in a specific section, revolves about the burden of proof in FDV/DV/IPV/IPSV cases especially when the victim claims emotional and psychological abuse. I'll be comparing the law of evidence of my country (Morocco) with those of UK, US and Canada, and probably now Australia.

Thus, How can a victim prove emotional and psychological abuse in FDV/DV/IPV/IPSV cases?
