Hello all.
I have read a protocol stating that post paraformaldehyde fixation (4% in PBS) cell culture slides can be preserved in 70% ethanol at -20 deg. cel. until use (not good for long term, but has no effect on cells in the short term). The slides will be used for a TUNEL assay. My question is, has anyone had any experience with this kind of storing method, and if not, do you know if any other methods for storing slides post cell fixation, but prior to the actual staining.
Thank you
