Has anyone cultured KYSE-30 human esophageal cancer cell line?

I am having a hard time to grow them. It's been a month now and not even a single 25cm2 flask is full. Also the cells don't look in a very good shape to me. Can anyone suggest how to check if the cells are in good condition and how I grow them faster?

I know your inquiry has been here for a long time but I am working with this cell line now. Its very tricky. I wonder other people working with this have the same issue? What media condition has been approved? I noticed seeding cells at higher density saves some time and keeps them happy.
