Has anybody administered MK-2206 (an orally active, allosteric inhibitor of AKT) intravenously to the mice?

We aim to use MK-2206 to inhibit AKT in mice. However, a large body of studies suggests that it should be administered orally. I was wondering if somebody could tell me that is it toxic for the mice if it is administered intravenously rather than orally?
