I have synthesized H2O-mediated solutions to make a thin film by spine coating, but there a problem that silicon wafer is water repellent, I was thinking to use an organic surfactant with water so it may work on silicon substrate, is that logic idea? Is there another way to overcome the surface tension of water?!
