Fraudulent charge by Elsevier?

Hi, Elsevier has charged my corporate credit card for the purchase of an article that I did not buy. There is no record of it under my profile, but yet I hard a charge, and Elsevier has been horrible in trying to address the issue. It has been months with no resolution so I am now basically forced to file a statement of claim and contact the credit card company. Has anyone else been scammed by Elsevier? I would NOT recommend anyone provide credit card information to these scammers but would like to hear if this is an isolated incident or others have had the same experience.
