Factors affecting angiogenic behaviors?

Hello,

I always appreciate deeply for all the replies from Researchgate People.

Today I want to ask about second question about angiogenic behaviors of HUVECs.

I learned that outside cell work tools (Well plates, culture dishes, Well pates with transwell inserts, etc), temperature and incubator environment affect migration rate of HUVECs.

Then, What about other factors? Can factors such as differently labeled letters by me affect results of assays about angiogenic behaviors of HUVECs?

I think I may think too broadly,

but I want to get confirmed about my consideration.
