There are not many publications I could find about wind-geothermal hybrid systems. I want to know what the problems are related to this issue. I need an authentic resource that discusses the feasibility of wind-geo hybrid energy systems.
The General idea is important to me. I mean, I want to know, is it possible? For both off-grid or on-grid? If it is possible, what could this system produce? And what are the main obstacles that this hybrid system has not been developed yet?
Narjes Azizi The constraints include a limited supply, limited acceptable geographical locations, transmission losses, and the danger of decreasing subterranean well steam resources.
In the literature, common potential barriers to geothermal district heating system (GDHS) development include a lack of awareness of geothermal energy system benefits among local governments, the complexity and risk associated with GDHS projects, and a lack of local knowledge required to manage these complex issues.
