I am looking forward for suitable experimental model for drug resistant epilepsy/ refractory which have lesions. In this regard traumatic brain injury model and post status epilepticus model of temporal lobe epilepsy has been well explored.
Which experimental model has close relationship with clinical context of drug resistant epilepsy.
If, some one has better understanding of the same, kindly give some more valuable insight on the matter.

I wish to be more specific about the experimental model. like for mTLE there is pilocarpine induced spontaneous recurrent seizure model is there. I wish to seek what could be other suitable experimental model for Drug Resistant Epilepsy with lesions.
