Any relation between chlorophyll a and concentration of fatty acid (lipid and Protein) in phytoplankton culture

In the culture of phytoplankton in low concentration we get high growth rate compare to blank and in heavy conc effect the growth rate and chlorophyll within 7days of culture all phytoplankton approximately death.
