What is the value of velocity which ANSYS takes up while it calculates drag or lift coefficients when a fully developed flow, involving power law fluid, enters inside a parallel plate. Is it the average velocity or the maximum velocity ?

What will be the reference velocity while determining CL or CD which needs to be fixed in ANSYS? I am asking this not on the basis of what I have set for the reference value in ANSYS "Reference Values" section. Rather, I am trying to understand that what value should be assigned as a reference value in order to explain the flow physics in the best possible way.
