Recently, I tried to synthesize one organic intermediate having carbon-carbon triple bond. After recording its proton NMR, I came to know that it has a small amount of allene form also. My question is that the allene form and the alkyne form of the same compound will show a similar or different physical property (like melting point, boiling point, density, conductivity, etc.)?

Dear Sameer Karpe,
the fact that you see different proton NMR signals for the allene and the alkyne means that these are two different compounds (not two forms of one compound) and, hence, they have different physical and chemical properties. If you avoid too high a temperature, you could separate them and obtain different NMR spectra (both 1H and 13C), different IR spectra and so on for the two species. Chemically, of course, they will also behave differently.
