I use PbAc for RNA digestion. I prepare a fresh solution of PbAc bore every experiment because that is what it says in the protocol. I wonder if that's really necessary or simply a precaution. It would be good if I can use the same stock for at least several days, this would save me couple of minutes and decrease lead acetate waste I produce. Any ideas?
