No, it doesn't, it's a usual practice to freeze thaw samples for molecular analysis, it doesn't really affect your molecular analysis.

Hi Aref, it should not be a problem for DNA, you degrade some material but it is not a problem unless you need DNA for next gen sequencing or other demanding uses. It may be dangerous just for RNA, but if you plan to only extract DNA you should not have any problem (Unless you thaw and freeze your samples for, like, 20 times)
