After I aliquoted 10mL of DMSO, I kept it at 4C and forgot to wrap it in aluminium to minimize light exposure. I need to set up an experiment tomorrow and wanted to know if it is safe to use it or if I should aliquot new.

It may depend on what you're using it for, but probably not. I have kept DMSO at room temperature in a brown glass bottle for months with no issues. We use DMSO to enhance in vitro transcription of RNA (usu. 5-10 vol%). I've used that same bottle for probably over two years now.
