Akshaya, i think it is fine to use Tween 20 from 0.25 % to 1 % without any removal effect on your antigen coating the plate.

Hi Akshyaya Rath . If the protein has been properly coated onto the plastic, it is not coming off at all. Be aware though if the tween is yellow. That means it has oxidized and can damage proteins.

If the problem persists you can go with 0.05% PBS Tween 20.
