Sorry I did not catch your question but if you isolate the platelets and then add fibrinogen then stimulate the platelets by agonists that will make the platelets aggregation because the fibrinogen will bind to platelets through integrin receptors and aggregate the adjacent platelets. Also, the activated platelets can release fibrinogen from the alpha granules.
What do you mean by inhibitory effect? against what?
