Please let me know whether any body in this forum has first-hand experience growing them in nude mice. I was thinking about injecting 5 million cells in 1: 1 ratio of Matrigel and PBS. Let me know.

As a computational chemist I have very less knowledge about the xenograft models. But as far as I am concerned NCI-H522 lung cancer cell lines grow as xenograft in nude mice. Because, companies like Charles rivers have these models.
