Does anyone know whether NCI-H522 and NCI-H1437 lung cancer cell lines grow as xenograft in nude mice?

Please let me know whether any body in this forum has first-hand experience growing them in nude mice. I was thinking about injecting 5 million cells in 1: 1 ratio of Matrigel and PBS. Let me know.

Does anyone has experience in growing BT549 as tumor xenograft?

I have tried injecting upto 5 million cells with Matrigel subcutaneously in nude mice without success so far.
