Does anyone know the most robust cell-culture model for pharmacogenetic testing? (especially in breast, ovarian and prostate cancers).

Hi, what do you want to test ?

For example to test SNP on membrane transporters, I transfect HEK cells with variant and wild type transporters.

These cells are easy to grow and to transfect.
