I am looking for a 3kb (approximate) stuffer sequence, I have seen that people use 'non-contiguous lambda bacteriophage DNA segments with no intact coding region' but I'm not too sure what particular region of the bacteriophage's genome they mean, does anybody know?

I'm trying to increase the vector size of a helper-dependent adenovirus for efficient packaging.

If anyone knows where to find, or is willing to share, a stuffer DNA sequence (happy with any size) I'd be really grateful. Thanks!!
