Does anyone know if microRNA sequences can pass through neuronal gap junctions? I know they do go through gap junctions connecting glioma cells.
Hi Pablo!
Thanks for the answer and the very valuable links. I go and check them out.
best,
Béla
Can anyone recommend me an a-Cx36 serum that recognizes the extracellular domain of Cx36? Another requirement is that tha AB has to work in the tissue (not only in cell cultures).

Is it possible that rAAV vectors (while carrying some fluorescent tags) still cross synapses and pass from one neuron to the other? Any evidence, publication on this issue?
