I am working on Human Estrogen Receptor alpha (ERa). I really need the 3D structure of ERa even predict one. I have the DNA and amino acid sequence of this protein, and I have tried some websites, but I did not get very useful information.

There are lots of 3D structures in the PDB of fragments of this protein. These are summarised here. http://www.ebi.ac.uk/pdbe/widgets/unipdb?uniprot=P03372
The only domain which is missing is the domain at the N-terminus.

First of all, I really appreciate your nice answer, but they provide different domains separately with which I can not get whole picture for my protein. Please, do you have an approach by which I can assemble all domains in one structure which I am looking for. I have gotten almost similar results that are not so helpful in my research from another website.

Thank you so much for kindly response. I tried to gotten the 3D structure of my protein, but the websites that gave me provide the 3D structure of GPCR which is not my protein. It is the other receptor. I appreciate you effort.
