Does anyone know how to dissolve Ebselen and Zofenopril calcium?

I am having a trouble while trying to dissolve two compounds, one is Ebselen and another is Zofenopril calcium. I am trying primarily with DMSO. Ebselen is dissolving in 100uL DMSO but problem arising when I am adding MQ water or buffer to it, getting a white precipitate.

Zofenopril calcium is not getting dissolved in DMSO or Water. Please suggest a way.

According to MedChemExpress, the solubility of zofenopril calcium is 2 mg/ml in DMSO. Zofenopril itself (not the calcium salt) has a solubility of 5 mg/ml in DMSO. Sonication (presumably in a bath sonicator) is used to enhance the rate of dissolution.

For ebselen, MedChemExpress gives the solubility in DMSO as 50 mg/ml with sonication. Here are instructions for diluting the stock solution:
