I have found the clinically relevant doses of anti cancer drugs I am interested however they are in mg/m2, I need to convert to M so I can use them in cell culture
I'm assuming that you want to convert a dosage used in vivo to a dosage to use in vitro. There are many factors that make this not really plausible. When doing cell culture, the cells are exposed to the drug constantly. Whereas in vivo, the drug is metabolized over time and the whole body is exposed to the drug, not just the tumor. The best thing to do, if there has been nothing published yet, is to do a dose response curve. Start with a reasonably high dose and do serial dilutions. This can be done by MTT assay in one 96 well plate in a short amount of time.
