Yes I used a kit from MyBioSource. It worked for me but not sure if you can get 10-20pg/mL. Perhaps you can contact them. They have it for most species. Below is an example
Dear Agnieszka, if you are still searching. may be talk to Uscn life sciences. They may be able to help you out. I have used very good ELISA kits from them previously.
Finally we have used kit from Cusabio and Cloude-Clone and it turned out that the measured values are much higher than expected and vary greatly between the kits (10 fold...). Do you know what could be the expected values of UCN2 concentration in serum/plasma of a healthy donor or where I could find that information? The companies are not willing to give a strait answer, only that the analysis went as expected..
Dear Agnieszka, I have only analysed UCN2 in patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) and or peripheral artery disease (PAD) and also in animal models. So I am not sure what the is expected in healthy donors at the moment. However, there is some putative data from Davis and colleagues, the group in Christchurch. Please see link. You could email them directly, they may be able to give you a direct idea what to expect.
Alternatively, the group in Edinburgh led by Venkatasubramanian had conducted a double blind RCT on the vascular effects of UCN2 and 3, so they may be able to give you normal/expected values of UCN2 in plasma/serum. I have also included a link to their publication fro the trial. I hope this helps.
Thank you. I will look at those and perhaps contact those groups but as far as i know they used 'in-house' build ELISA's so I'm not sure if I can directly compare their results to ours.
