The attached files may be useful to you but to get a pH meter logging interval less than 0.1 second is difficult. You may get logging interval of 1 second.
Eventually, for faster sampling rates than those allowed by the considered pH meter, you may alternatively consider to directly sample the analog millivolt signal from the pH probe. Please note, however, that a sampling interval of 0.1s would be much shorter than the time constant (*) ― also called response time or probe lag ― for any current pH glass electrode, as the last is typically about 10 fold greater, in terms of order of magnitude, for the best case.
