Our research group have developed a novel polysaccharide adjuvant we call Advax which has proved effective in multiple animal models and is also in late stage human development. Its major virtue is that it is non-inflammatory and thereby nonreactogenic.We are always looking for collaborators who might want to test it in their particular animal model or who want a GMP adjuvant for human trials. Data from each new model or application gives us additional insights into the action of this unique adjuvant.

Hi Thireshni, Yes we have seen great results in enhanced IgY responses in chickens immunized with Advax plus an inactivated avian influenza antigen (not yet published). But if you send me your email by private response I will send you some other animal papers on the adjuvant most of which studies have been done independently by US government contractors, so it is not just a matter of us hyping our own vaccine adjuvants!
Thireshni, I have just realised I can add some papers to this repose so here goes.
Seems it only lets me attach one paper to each response. But the above immunization study in camels of our Advax adjuvant compared to a range of commercial veterinary adjuvants, highlights an important point which is that our adjuvants uniquely have no reactogenicity (thanks to the way we designed them)! This paper describes studies in mice and horses of our Advax-adjuvanted Japanese encephalitis vaccine. Needless to say we have data across pretty well all common mammalian species, and get good results across the spectrum
