Please advise a good Laboratory analyzer for agrochemical analysis of soil with a comprehensive analysis of total nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, carbon and other components? Asian, European and American production!
Its difficult to suggest one nalyzer for all these anlyses. But for N , auto-nitrogen anlayzer is still preferred over conventinal microkjeldahl titrimetric method. Spectrophotometric anlaysis of nutrients like phosphorous , potassium , calcium stands out to be best . As far as, their model and associated firms are concerned , you can easily browse through any search machine...please.
For total carbon and total nitrogen, a combustion analyzer works well. For example, the LECO instrument here (https://www.leco.com/product/828).
For all other total element concentrations (P, K, Mg, Ca, etc.) most labs use an ICP instrument after a microwave digestion of samples. An example of a microwave digestor (https://cem.com/en/will-it-digest-episode-19-digesting-soil) and an ICP-OES instrument (many options; just search).
For the analysis of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, carbon spectrophometric methods are good. Potassium can be estimated by Flame photometry. Calcium and magnesium by EDTA method.. Nitrogen by messenger,s method.
