The DAD data are collected into a .run file during an HPLC run followed by a Varian Prostar 335 detector. The file cannot be merely opened via a notepad and the question is how to extract all the raw data for further analysis and representation using e.g. Origin or EXCEL software. The resulting .run file can be opened via MS Workstation components such as Aurora or Polyview2000, and spectra corresponding to each peak can be analyzed along with chromatograms followed by a certain wavelength, however, no simple way to extract raw data is found. Any tips from experienced users of MS Workstation and DAD are very welcome. Maybe there is some converter or way to export all the data into ASCII?
You might be able to save it as a text file and when you open in excel there is a specific way.

Your chromatography software should provide for like export as picture to file in off or png or emf format. Same way you can get the the output in a given format like one point or so. Software does provide for it.
Yoy can export every individual chromatogram as .csv file. Those files could be read directly in excel.
