Does anyone have experience working with Total RNA spike - ins for total RNA extraction & miRNA quantification with rt - qPCR?

I have been made aware of the c.elegans spike in however i would like firstly some other options and also companies that can provide these spike ins.

I am aware that some RNA spike ins can degrade as soon as they are added to sample to a spike in with protectant is also required criteria.
